Hi, I'm Emily!

Naked Soul Yoga specializes in various styles of yoga with a focus on the holistic practice. Our classes are less about "exercise" and more about the journey of self while connecting physical movement with breathing during practice. 

Our goal is to hold a safe space for others to go inward to discover SELF LOVE, peace of mind, and freedom of the spirit.

OUR INSTRUCTOR

Emily Renee began her yoga journey in 2012, but it wasn't until 2016, after battling chronic low back and sciatic pain, that she decided to become a yoga instructor to share the physical, mental and spiritual healing benefits.

Emily is a CPR AED Certified Yoga Instructor, CYT500, having completed the 200-hour program in 2017 and 300-hour program in 2019 with Chief Instructor, Briana Ward at Chesapeake Hot Yoga in Chesapeake, Virginia. 

The self-proclaimed free spirit and upbeat mother of two, who studied Adolescent Psychotherapy at Argosy University, spends her free time acting/directing, African drumming and dancing, vegetable gardening, and soap-making.
